Christ Community Reformed Church in Clifton Park, New York, is looking for a second full-time, ordained and installed minister. We seek an energetic, committed and creative person with deep faith, who embraces practices and values by which CCRC lives. These include: liturgical, structured worship service, and a welcoming congregation which celebrates diversity.

Full-time Ordained Installed Associate
The Associate Minister embodies our church values: theology and faith, honesty, approachability, strong work ethic, effective preaching, and the ability to relate to our youth. He or she will conduct worship, lead youth and children, and oversee current cross-generational programs and help us identify and develop more opportunities to integrate all generations in our community. The Associate Minister in partnership with the Senior Minister will determine responsibilities for our Elementary and High School youth Groups.
We seek an individual with the ability to nurture relationships across generational lines; and to recruit, train, equip and support strong lay leadership for ministry. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of ministry with a particular focus on providing theological guidance and pastoral care to families and youth. We seek a person who will bring vigor, excitement, and expertise to a ministry for families, young adults, youth and children. Responsibility for our ongoing “Friends in Faith” program, which partners a caring adult with a youth, attempting to encourage cross-generational support and encouragement; and our “Sticky Faith” program, which involves all generations in all aspects of worship and church life, including committee memberships, hopefully “sticking” youth to their
faith as they grow will be a key.
