Fellowship Gatherings
Youth Ministries A Church School program is offered to the children of the church. Pre-school children meet during the worship hour, arriving first at the chapel for a fifteen minute opening program called Children's Chapel. Elementary and middle school students attend the first half of the worship hour leaving for their class at the second hymn. High School students meet once a month for coffee and discussions tied in to our convenant, current events, and issues relevant to this age group. The Senior High Youth Fellowship Group (for grades 9 through 12) meets monthly on Sunday evenings at 6:30 pm for a variety of discussions and activities. Adult Ministries and Congregational Care
Adult study programs include: A post service hour at 11:20 am that addresses a variety of programs in the course of the church year. Kerygma, an in-depth study program at 8:20 am on Sunday.
Community Involvement A collection container for Helping Hands Food Pantry is located in the Hearth Room and is available for continuous donations. The Church participates in the Eddy Nursing AIDS Care Team program. The AIDS Care Team meets monthly on the last Tuesday of the month to plan and coordinate activities for their AIDS Care Partner. A meeting schedule for AA, CODA, Alanon, League of Women Voters, Toastmasters, TOPS, Southern Saratoga Woman's Club, and Saratoga County Well Child Clinic is available at the church office. |
