CCRC Mission Minutes
Mission is an Act of Worship

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when was it that we saw you hungry and gave you food, or thirsty
and gave you something to drink?’ And the king will answer them, ‘Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one
of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me.”
   Matthew 25:37, 40

Monthly Mission Activity

Jonesville Food Pantry

Did you ever wonder what happens to the package of food you place in the CCRC Food box in
both coat rooms?  Pat Tomlinson faithfully loads the bags into her car and delivers them to the Shenendehowa Methodist Church in Jonesville every week.  There the Thursday volunteers at the Shenendehowa
Helping Hands Food Pantry open the packages and stock the donations on their shelves.  On Wednesdays
and Fridays the clients come and shop.

This month, Helping Hands suggests donating items such as instant or canned potatoes, canned vegetables, canned meats, canned soups, personal items, and paper products.

Our Partners in Mission: The Titus'

CCRC has taken a support share for the Titus family. They need our prayers to be strong for the Lord  in this place. We have designated the 27th of each month as Prayer Day for the Titus' as our commitment to them to uphold them. They not only need our financial support, but our prayer support as well.
